Start with a clean neck. Let skin air dry or gently pat with a soft towel. Unpack the device and attach the elastic band securely. • Press and hold the touch-sensitive button for 3 seconds to power on. A double beep will sound. Tap the button to change light colors—each tap advances to the next. After cycling through all seven colors, the device will enter automatic color-switching mode. • Position the light-emitting device on the neck. Adjust the elastic band until the fit is secure and comfortable. • For best results, use the device during periods of rest. Lie down comfortably on a sofa or bed, close your eyes, and relax while the device works. If combining with skincare products, apply the product evenly before placing the device on the skin. Red light is recommended for enhanced product absorption. • Use for the recommended duration (typically 18–30 minutes). After the session, press and hold the touch-sensitive button for 3 seconds to power off. Clean the device before storing. TIP: Do not use more than one light mode per session.
